8 | Produce Formal Documentation to Record Agreements & Decisions
Without exception, any commitment made by Premiertec is done so in writing with both parties documenting their respective obligations. This protects the interests of both the client and Premiertec as well as maintaining a record of all key decisions. With changes in the business and technical environment, adjustments in staff and project complexity, the project team must be able to easily trace the decision process to avoid reinvention and redundant discussions.
