Premiertec’s On-Call Support solution enables customers to draw on the majority of the DBA and application support services that are available to Total Support customers, but they are delivered on a “call-off” basis.
Typically with a reduced scope, it provides for customers who want the security of a retained partner at a lower fixed cost as well as the flexibility to buy in additional support hours as required at a pre agreed price.
